My female betta is acting different lately she is slower?

Ive had this female betta for 1 year and a half and when i got her she was soo tiny and so white she was almost see through. Now she's dark blue but lately she's been different maybe it's been happening longer but i just realized that she settles down a lot on the bottom of the tank. When she swims she mostly swims with the front of her body aiming up as if her backside was heavier. She doesn't swim around as much. Is she getting old already? Apartment Issues. Is this all legal and right? Please help...?

Ok so heres the whole story. We moved into our apartments June 12, 2009. We signed a 13 month lease which ended July 2009. We signed another lease, this time a 3 month, after that which just ended on October 31. We gave them our 60 day notice of leaving on September 18 but about a month ago we started having doubts baout leaving during the holidays so we talked to them about stayin and signing another 3 month lease. We never actually signed anything but I did give them a letter saying we would not be moving and we would be signing a new lease. Well we have been having so many problems here. The water is always out and its always an "emergency" but we never get a notcie before or after. Even when our water was out for 24 hours they never let anyone know. I had to jump through hoops to finally reach the right people who told me they had only called once (the water had been out for at least 12 hours by then) and no had been sent out yet. So they basically never called back to make sure someone would come out. They lied to us the hwole night saying it was the main pipe, then when i found out it wasnt they said it was the city and then turns out it was only the apartment. Theyve lost our money orders before and never told us. I got a notice saying we owed 70 something for our water bill and i called and after talking to them for awhile they finally realized i oweed onto my rent which was because they lost my money order. Finally we went to pay rent a couple weeks ago (one week early) and we were doing it online. I payed from two different accounts in two seperate payments. Well on the 4th which is also the first ay we get charged a late fee, they send us a notice saying the bank rejected our payment and we owe them over 300 more then our rent. I checked the accoutns (which our two seperate banks) and they both had the money in them and neither had any signs of use. no money being pulledo ut or returned or anything but the apartments keep saying it wasnt them. So we realized we hadnt yet signed the new 3 month lease. We decided we were sick of there stuff and we didnt have the money to pay what they wanted so we are applying to move. Well they say they are charging us for a broken lease (i guess since we are moving mid month even though we never signed a lease) and of course for two months rent (which i understand since we withdrew our original notice). Now my problem is the broken lease. Is that right? Can they charge us with that when we never signed a lease? Oh and they just gave us a notice of lockout in three days but they keep procrastinating on sending our information to the apartments we are trying to get into which is making it incredibly hard for us to leave before this lock out because they cant approve us without that info. Oh and I talked to on lady from the office yesterday and she didnt say one word about the lockout it wasnt until 15 minutes after i got off the phone with her she slipped it through my door even though I was inside obviously and had jsut spoken with her. Does anyone have any advice for us? Or do you know a number or site I can go on to find out more about these situations? Sorry for any typos. My keys are sticking and im in a hurry! Thanks!

Here is the situation. I met this girl about 4 months ago and we have been dating. I really like this girl and I am trying to trust her, but there is this one situation that keeps eating at my mind. She has this friend that she has known for like 6 years, it's a guy of course and they were intimate at one point in their lives. Possible False-Negative Pregnancy Tests?

Ok, so the last time I had was the middle of January (I can't remember the exact date.) I had my period the begining of Jan, and it was normal. Aunt Flo is always the same..first week of the month, Niagra Falls lol, and lasts about 5 days. February I had a very light period it was almost non existent, and barely lasted 2 days. Now I'm just over 2 weeks late. I have been so extremely tired, I've noticed some tenderness, as well as bigger and darker and I've been experiencing dizziness. 16 year old GED HELP?

So up untill tonight, my focus as a 15 year old have been quite narrow-minded. I go to school simply because it's "what you do", not in a bad way, I have excellent grades, etc. More to the point, My dad has homeschooled me on and off for the past 5 years, I havent had much planning ahead guidance and this year have fallen extremely behind in my schooling. I go to an online school, themorningstaracademy and unless I get the summer extension, which I cant afford by tomorrow, the deadline, Im going to fail two of my 6 cles because I wont be able to finish all the ignments. I started super late because I and everyone else around me has a mac, I had just got mine and couldnt affor to buy a PC which is what I needed for school. Its not that im incapable, This is my first year taking AP cles and I hav excelled, there simply isnt enough time. That being said, I have few options. I can transition into public schools for the 3rd time and run a high risk of being placed BACk two grades or more, can continue with online school which I cant afford to do because my parents now see me as not being able to handle it, which I understand from their perspective, but being the one actually trying to do it right, I just couldnt get it all done. And my third option, my birthday is in two months, so I could go straight for my GED, and start life basically. Im not particularly in favor of any of these options, because when I think GED, I have this illiterate, "prescious" type stereotype in my mind, as if im some stupid dropout who will in the eyes of others will never acheive anything, which im not calling ANYBODY by the way, thats just the stupid image I have in my mind. Im not sure what to do, any input right now would be helpful. I do want to go to college and a good one at that. Being homeschooled for so long, I havent had any guidence when it comes to the future and pursuit of education, career, etc.

so i took a pregnancy test 2 days ago and it was negative.. thats the 4th test ive taken in the past month.. i went to the doc and they gave me a urine test( they denied me on a blood test.. Why does my 4yr old chew on things?

my 4yr old son chews on everything constantly. he chews things ranging from his blankets to plastic to paper and card board. his school has even tried giving him one of those special bracelets to chew on but its not working. i caught him today chewing on the cap to a bottle of water (he had chewed it in half completely flat). besides it being a little disturbing its starting to get dangerous. at times it seems like he is totally unaware that he is doing it. i have tried to deter it with edible but hot or sour tasting things and have had some luck but it has stopped working (how i broke the habit of fingers in his mouth). we have also explained to him that it is dangerous and he understands he can get hurt or sick from it. but he just wont stop about 15 Min's after the bottle cap i caught him chewing on part of a box to a toy, then at bed time it was a stuffed animal. can some one give me any ideas as to why he is doing this or how to get him to stop.

Help with my singing audition?

so i have decided to audition for chorale at my school. i am in 10th grade but i havent really done much singing since 8th grade. i was just going to do concert choir next year, but chorale always needs more altos and a few people in chorale told me to. i am going to sing either "amazing grace" or "the kerry road". do you have any advice for an alto singing these songs or any advice on how to improve my technique? i used to be a pretty good singer but i lost my technique after not singing for almost 2 years. thanks!

How do I write non-rhyming songs? and how do I add guitar to it?

I have a very easy time writing rhyming songs. But I don't if it's just me but it seems that some bands have a couple rhyming songs and a couple non. So by looking at slandered candles in the far galaxies, astronomers managed to calculate the distances to them... finding out that the universe is expanding... what I don't get is this, if the universe has no center, and we are not the center of the universe, than why is the nearest galaxies not moving away from us as fast as the furthest?? I can't tell if you mean they are selling sheepskin, or woven blankets. Woven wool blankets are really nice and warm, shouldn't be itchy since you'll have a bedsheet between you and the blanket. If it feels soft to your hand, it will be soft to sleep under anyway. They can last many years with proper care. I have some wool blankets at least 50 years old. They can usually be washed, by hand(hard work) or in a delicate cycle in cold water if the blanket will fit in the washer easily(front loaders are good for this), using a detergent meant for wool, but ask the sellers how they recommend washing. If you put it in a dryer, use a cool or air cycle, or dry it sort of halfway on warm and then air dry. Heat is not good for wool and can cause shrinkage which is irreversible. Drycleaning is an option, and is best done once or twice a year only, unless the dog throws up on it or something like that, and definitely before you store it for summer. Storing wool without cleaning it is an invitation to moths. If you can store it airtight or at least with no openings that moths can get through, that's best, plastic bags are okay but a cloth one would be better.

I've had allergies and asthma since age 7. She may need to go for allergy testing. Put all the stuffed animals away. Find a doctor that has a nurse practitioner. I find that an NP takes more time to get to know the patient and will give you more advice and options than a doctor will have time for. Getting her stable will be difficult since, at this point, you don't know what is triggering her attacks. Allergy testing is not a very pleasant experience but the information is very helpful. You might want to get a hypo-allergenic cover for her mattress and pillow if she uses one. The cough at night is from nasal drip. I always cough when my asthma acts up. It's non-productive until I get enough albuterol, then I can cough up some and start to feel better. Also if you have a pet - that's a big trigger for me. Hope this helps - Good luck.

Parents hate my girlfriend...?

We're both 15. We were together since we were 13 (both scorpios, met in september) and have been going out for well over a year now...about a year and 3 month. Now, my girlfriend is the artsy type, and tends to manifest her feelings of affection in writing little notes and drawing little pictures for me. Now what happened is that this summer I went on a vacation with my dad, and my mom somehow found my stash of her little notes (there's an entire folder-ful, but ive done my best to hide it). Now, when she looked through it was the typical mushygushyloveydovey stuff, however some of them were more ual in nature, sketches of her on top of me making out...or me on top of her, her sitting on my lap, her licking my abs teasing...(which my mom interpreted as oral = =), but nothing worse, etc. Now, i find this perfectly natural for a 14 year old girl (with a high drive as well, and as ive said, she manifests her feelings in sketches and notes) as a way to express herself without hurting herself. Naturally, mom freaked out, and had a talk with me (more concerned rather than rage), and told me to tell her to stop. Things were going well for the next few months, however there were times when ive been on the phone with my gf all night, talking about stuff (life, movies,video games (yep she's better than me at some > >), etc.). This led to them taking away my phone... Now a few months later, they found another note, which was given to me in early september just when school started. This one was of me and her laying in a bed, presumably naked, as there's little piles of clothing on the floor, and I'm drawn as shirtless and her lying on top of me, but im covering her but its presumed she's shirtless as well, and the lower body is covered by a blanket, just cuddling in a bed without clothing.(yes, while it may be inappropriate, they don't really have a right to rummage through my stuff for evidence to "incriminate" my gf) Naturally, being asian parents, they completely went berserk. They thought that I was merely an object for her ual desires, that she was seducing me, gonna ruin my life and reputation, that she has no moral standing, no dignity, psychologically imbalanced, basically a slut, gonna accuse me of if she doesnt get what she wants. However, if she actually was, she wouldn't care about me and only use me to fulfill her desires. I've only been to first base, the worst being freaking at a school dance, and when she tries to go further when we're alone, i turn her down, both because of my own morals, and my christian beliefs. I've talked to her about it, and she also believes in the virtue of chastity, but that you should "have a little fun while you can", she understands that im not ready for some sorts of things, and she accepts me for who I am. If she was just some crazed teen, she woulda dumped me in the first place to find a more "inhibited" person, and I woulda done the same, because I wouldnt want a girlfriend that wants me for only . Also there might be some other reasons contributing to my parent's hatred... with the picture only being a valid reason to "scapegoat" her out... my grades have been fluctuating since i've entered sopre year (because of the obvious difficulty of keeping grades up), going from 4.0 to 4.17 to 4.3 but never being less than 4.0. My parents blame this on me "wasting my life" with my girlfriend. Her ex was actually my parent's friend's (also asian) son whom i've known since elementary school. It was a middle school relationship, they were secretly "dating", and she made this easter thing for him for easter with her artistic talents. His parents found out, and freaked out, finding out that he had been talking to her late at night (11:00ish). Having had a close relationship with my parents, his mom told mine that she was a bad person, no morals, etc, trying to steal her son away, distracting him from the oh so righteous path of education. My parents would have obviously been biased as a result of this incident. Another possibility would be a bias between different cultural regions of China that we come from. My parents are from Hong Kong (Canto), and her origin is from the mainland. My parents have biased stereotypes on how people from the mainland act, and this might contribute to their hatred... and again another possibility would be because I am their firstborn son. My dog doesn't like her crate, not sure what to do?

We crate our yorkie/chihuahua mix during the day when we're not home because she still doesn't understand the "holding it in" thing unless she's supervised. But she HATES her crate. It's big enough for her, and could easily fit two of her in there. I also put some of her favorite toys in there as well as some fleece blankets and I leave the radio on, but she SQUAKS like I'm hurting her when I leave her in there and other than that, she NEVER barks ... never. It's awful. I've tried training her that it's not a bad thing to be in her crate, like talking in a positive tone when she goes in. But even then, she won't go in by herself ... eventually I have to put her in because I don't have time in the mornings to sit there with her and wait. She runs away from it when she knows it's time. Even at night, when she sleeps in it, she doesn't mind it. I just don't know what to do because I don't want her to be unhappy, but she's NOT ready to roam free in the apartment for her own safety.
