Will the advent of human genetic engineering create an even more severe cl gap?

I think information and clarity are synonymous with fairness. If social science was in a much more advanced state, with axioms, and solid philosophical grounding, this type of things would be less complicated. For instance, there may be an ideal way for rich people to take hold of this technological means, as long as they give back, or take some type of responsibility with people that is not so rich.
