How can I increase the speed of my Asus EEPC 1005ha with Intel Atom 270?

I have played with FSB. I yield the following in CPU-Z: Core Speed 1019 mhz, Bus Speed 170 mhz, Rated FSB 679 mhz. The computer is very stable at these settings. The clock generator I am using is ICS9LPR427AGLF.
