Christians and I guess whoever......?

Jesus is the only true Christ. Christ/Messiah, is the English version of Hebrew Mashiach, which means Anointed One, Jesus is God and Messiah, and is the guarantor of eternal life in heaven for all who believe in Jesus for eternal life in heaven. Jesus is the only way to heaven. Jesus died on the cross for our sins, and then Jesus rose from the dead!
