Please Help! I've had very vivid dreams since I was a small child!?

In these dreams I am aware that my death is coming and I am deeply saddened. They are almost holocaust type situations or armageddon! I started having these dreams before I even knew of such situations... and now they are just scary and dark. Rarely do I have a good dream... they are usually always bad, and very vivid.
