Is it even possible to bring up my 34.09% in english :(?

How the hell am I supposed to know? For me to know that, I'd have to know how many ignments are left. Why don't you go talk to your teacher, and see if you can make up any of the ignments, and ask him if there is anyway you will be able to bring up the score. I bet he'd be happy to see you looking for a way out of your failing status.
