My sons 5 month old and he just broke his first tooth?

he wakes up every 2 hours and i try giving him the pacifier . he will only go back to sleep if i give him a bottle. does that seem like alot of eating to you?? his bottles are 6 oz at night and during the day he will eat 8 oz every 21/2 or 3 hours. he has a doc app in the morning so i will ask his pd but just wondering what you other moms think .i do give him teething tablets and a little baby orajel once at night when he wakes up really crying alot
