Dairy Free? My son has a dairy alllergy and wants cupcakes....?

Please tell me if dark chocolate chips (tollhouse) have any dairy in them? Also, this may be a dumb question, but does "Hershey's Cocoa" have any dairy in it? And I want to make chocolate chip cookies and cupcakes for the occional birthday and there really isn't any dairy in it if I use soy milk, right? Am I missing something? Thank you!!!
