My 6 month old son has been vomiting randomly for 4 days with diarrhea... he is acting fine though... normal?

My son just got his first 2 teeth 2 weeks ago and now for the last 4 days he randomly vomits up his entire bottle after eating (projectile) and he now has diarrhea, he feels warm to the touch but the thermometer says he is fine.. Im not sure what to do here.. this never happened with my dd any advice would be MORE than welcome, I don't think I can handle doing anymore laundry!!! :(
